Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your Davie account and related data using one of the methods below. Deletion requests cannot be undone after processing, so please decide carefully.
Method 1. Delete directly in the app (recommended)
- Open the Davie app
- Go to My → Settings
- Account → Delete Account
- Follow the instructions and confirm the deletion request
The request is processed immediately, and you will not be able to sign in again after deletion is complete.
Method 2. Request by email
If you cannot access the app, send the details below from the email address used for signup.
- Subject: "Account deletion request"
- Body: signup email and user name
After identity verification, the request will be processed within 7 business days.
Data deleted
- Profile information (name, email, photo)
- All photos, videos, diaries, and schedules you uploaded
- Space memberships, comments, and like history
- Push tokens and authentication tokens
Data retained
Under applicable laws, including e-commerce regulations, the following data is retained for a certain period.
- Electronic payment records: 5 years
- Login records: 3 months
This data is automatically destroyed after the legally required retention period ends.
Shared data handling
Content created by other members in the same space, such as shared albums, belongs to those members and is not deleted. Only content you uploaded directly is deleted.
