Refund Policy

Davie paid subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds generally follow the refund policies of each store.

1. App Store purchases

Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store are handled under Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, please apply directly through the link below. reportaproblem.apple.com

2. Google Play purchases

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play may be eligible for a refund through Google Play Help within 48 hours of purchase. Later refunds are handled according to Google Play and company review.

3. Canceling auto-renewing subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically. To stop renewal, cancel directly in the relevant store at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Davie → Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Play Store → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Davie → Cancel
